For non-native speakers of English or those attempting to learn English as a second language, one of the trickiest things to learn at the beginning is how to pronounce that annoying -ed ending. The good news is that the regular ending is really as regular in its pronunciation as its construction. It all comes down to a set of easily learned rules and a bit of phonetics.
