This is Noga, the Academic Director at Rennert International, giving teachers a few tips on things to keep in mind when they are being observed by their supervisors or coordinators.

My name is Noga and I’m the Academic Director here at Rennert International based in New York and what I’d like to talk to you about today is what to do, as a teacher, when you’re being observed by your coordinator or your supervisor. Now, as teachers, we’re always being observed and sometimes it can be a nerve-racking experience to have somebody sitting in your classroom observing you while you teach.
